In
1988, Sierra On-Line released a demonstration cassette tape to
promote their new SCI 3D Animated Adventure Games - which
now featured high-quality stereo soundtracks! The tape (entitled,
Live From The Sierra Lounge) included soundtrack
samples as heard on both the Roland MT-32 Sound Module and the
AdLib Music Synthesizer card. As a result, many of us dashed off
to purchase one of these music devices so we could enjoy the enhanced
soundtracks.
Side
Two of the cassette included seven songs from five of the new
Sierra SCI games, as played through the Roland MT-32 Sound
Module. (See the Crib Notes below.) Now you can relive
this cassette of classic Sierra soundtracks with CD-quality
sound. Enjoy!
