Chat meet?

Since the members of the board are rarely online simultaneously.. I thought it might be time to suggest an official time for a chat. Something like Friday night American time.. (I assume you're free then, Tom..)

Saturday mornings are good for me, which is when I assume Tom's Friday nights are. But of course there's a lot more time differences encountered by others..

What you folks think?

We've tried setting up a "chat time" any number of times, but it's usually difficult for a lot of people to attend when it's ideal for others.  I'm unavailable from 1:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. the next day, most of the time, with work and traveling time.  My schedule changes weekly, so it's really hard to say.  

But THIS coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I'm off and will be available if something can be setup....

I'm positive if you set a time, people would come. I'm happy to come online most times.. Friday night for America seems to be a popular choice amongst Sierra sites.

I'm ever supportive of the idea. I just keep missing it though. Friday nights are okay with me, but I get back from rehearsal at around 6 PM PST, so I'll probably be late.

Back to finishing my midterms.

Okay. Well, I know at least 2 Sierra communities run chats on American Friday nights. I'll be online in.. approx. 20 hours or less. (9am or earlier for me.)

If Tom and I can make it, I certainly hope to see plenty of you folks there! Hopefully the days I missed of chat meets with Gary Spinrad, Mark Seibert and such can be relived. It'd be nice if we could make a weekly habit of it.
