I know I have it in paper form (somewhere around here) but I was wondering if such a beast as an SC-8850 manual in PDF exists?

Roland now has all of their equipment manuals online at their website, in PDF format....

http://www.rolandus.com/support/product_manual.asp

Hmmm....don't see the 8820/8850 on the list.   :?:

I suppose that's because it's an Edirol product, not a Roland one..
Or maybe they're just too lazy- it is huge!

No, the SC-8850 (like the SC-D70 and SC-8820) is a Roland product, distributed by Edirol.

Ah, of course it is! My apologies Tom. The whole Roland/Edirol thing has always been a matter of confusion for me actually.
