Title Sequence- I don't remember the high-pitched instruments, to be honest. ^^;; Sorry, will have to check after I reinstall the game. But they weren't in the same file as the .aud I grabbed, so I'll have to dig in the Resource.SFX to find it.
Puzzle Room- hence why it's called '[No SFX version]'.

I haven't yet listened to the song in-game enough times to get the voice-clip's timing down. (I haven't yet understood how to use in-game audio grabbing, and the music file and the voice-clip are stored separately in Resource.sfx.)
Thanks. ^^ It's one of my favorite games as well.

For the title sequence, the high pitched instrumental part of the Title Sequence has a a synth-like sound to it.
I figured that you would say that those voices part of the Puzzle Room would be excluded from a No SFX Version but it surprised me because you have some of the other voices in the No SFX Version. But anyway, I hope you get a version with all the voices soon. It's just not the Puzzle Room without it.
I really wish they would make a
Shivers III but set it in another location similar to Windelnot's museum because those kind of locations just give the game this mesmerizing, fantastic, and slightly surreal feel. Not to say
Shivers II was bad but the story seemed to be lacking somewhere, not to mention the setting wasn't completely appealing.
