Can someone tell me the differences between a normal CM-32L and this item? Take a look: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=308&item=7335657254&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

The CM-32LN was designed to directly interface with the 110-Pin port on the NEC PC9801N notebook computer. The unit has built-in MPU hardware, and is, essentially, an external LAPC-I + MCB in one box.

One 110-Pin connector on the back
Four MIDI ports on the back - IN (LA), OUT (LA), IN (MPU), OUT (MPU)
Can be powered via six AA batteries

This unit is absolutely the cheapest of the LA synths, quality-wise. Very plastic, which makes it light, but again, incredibly cheap feeling.

The CM-32LN offers no sound enhancements over other CM synths.

Still, that combined with a Notebook computer must have made for a formidable combination back in the day.

Thanks for the info Cloudschatze.
I just wanted to know what the differences are. I don't want to buy one. I already have a CM-32L and I will get a CM-64 soon.
