how can i connect roland music workstation to a desktop pc? pci card or usb...? which one is better?  :roll:

what model is the workstation?
In general, using midi cables and connecting them to a soundcard is a better idea then to a USB midi adaptor if that's what you mean.

Newer keyboards might have USB cables running directly from the unit as well, in which case, using them is just fine.

you meant connect to any soundcard???
it is roland jv-1000 music workstation. a imjmm-401 pci card is included, but it cannot place to my motherboard... :?
