Another update of this board has taken place today; to the latest version, 2.0.17.  As always, let me know if you discover any problems since the update.

This version seems to have fixed my Firefox Login issue...

Thanks!

Alas, the issue is not fixed for me from work, but it only affects me at work...

But updates are good!

I also have no problems. Do you already use the new version 1.06 of Firefox?

Well, that was then, and this is now...

Before leaving for work today, I decided to update my primary PC with WinXP Pro, since I'm not running the server anymore.  About an hour later (slow install, even for a P4 2.88GHz), I was up and running in WinXP, and lo and behold, Firefox wouldn't display properly.  It looks like some old DOS text-based browser.  So I downloaded the latest version, installed it, and the same crap appears on screen.  All my other software is fine, and I previously had Firefox installed on the old server PC...where it ran fine.  Go figure.

Funny, when I installed XP, it provided a list of the hardware on my PC that may not function properly after XP's installation.  It listed EVERYTHING!  My new printer, Santa Cruz, NIC, even the damn CD drive that the WinXP CD was running from!!  Anyway, everything DOES work, but I got a laugh from that.

Did you do an OS upgrade of your present system?

Haven't had problems like that with XP at all..

Tom: Did you do a clean install or did you simply upgrade your previous OS?

I upgraded from Win98SE.  But I've decided to install a new C: drive, tomorrow, so I'm going to be doing a new, full install.  I only have 10 GB currently partitioned on my C: drive, which gets eaten up fast with WinXP..  So, what the hey -- I'll start fresh with a new, full install.
