I had the CD-ROM version of Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers, and there's a song that doesn't appear anywhere in the game except during the installation (or immediately after installation, my memory fails).  The music played while credits were shown on a red screen, with woodcuts by Albrecht Durer, among others.  The song featured lots of strings, had a driving drum beat, and the lead melody was a synth horn of some kind.  Had a very similar vibe to the title theme, but was played at a frenetic pace from start to finish (as opposed to the theme, which started slow and somber).

Does anyone else remember this song?  Despite the vagueness of this description, this song is definitely on my wishlist.

Are you talking about this?

This track just happens to be my favourite in the game, too. Though I like the digital recording Sierra made themselves...I think it was from a Yamaha synth. Had really good piano and drum sounds...anyway.

No horn, though. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I haven't touched Gabriel Knight in a long time.

Here you go.

The server update deleted my post, but this is the original WAV file from the game. I also have the title theme and Gabriel's conclave dream in WAV straight from the game if you're interested.

Thanks for the song, I saw your original message and replied, but my message was deleted too.  I would very much be interested in the other WAVs as well.
