Sanger is listed in the credits in the manual, both in composition and in arrangement.  He could have worked independently if the others were working on Adlib support.  The original disk version had an upgrade certificate available for the Roland MT-32/LAPC-I.  This would suggest that the MT-32 music patch was probably available immediately upon the game's release.  On the Quick Reference card, it gives "IBM/Tandy Credits" and lists the "Adlib Music Synthesizer Track by Eric Hammond"  (It does not list Sanger or anyone else.  I assume the software handled the conversion to the PC Speaker, Tandy 1000 and the Game Blaster.)

So, if he did the arrangement and someone else worked on the AdLib track from that, it'd mean that the game's music was originally made for the MT-32 and then converted to AdLib?

I added three MT-32 compatible titles to the French and English articles: Operation Stealth (aka. James Bond: The Stealth Affair in the US), Les Voyageurs du Temps (aka. Future Wars: Time Travellers) and T.F.X. (Tactical Fighter Experiment).

I'm sure they are MT-32 compatible (I have their soundtracks in recorded MP3 and OGG formats), but, for Future Wars and Operation Stealth, I'm not sure if they have been natively composed for the MT-32: they use factory presets, but the author took the time to use some custom sound effects as well. I'd rather say that the soundtracks had been composed for Amiga first, but as I'm unsure of that, I've not mentioned anything near these two titles.
