Looks like a MPU-401 clone.
According to the text it's fully compatible with MPU-401, and it has a WB connector too, not bad.
If this thing is as advertised it will work just fine with your modules.

But you can't connect to external MIDI devices without the proprietary MIDI box... Pretty good price for a clone Roland MPU-401AT.

I sure hope it came with the external cables! Otherwise the MPU-401 is ONLY for the DB connector.

I had a Music Quest MPU-401 card that looked remarkably similar to that one, minus the wavetable header, and had the same DE-9 port on the bracket. The port was for a breakout dongle with 1 Midi In and 1 Midi Out. I wonder if that dongle would work on that card?

Given the fact that there is a WB header on the card, it would implicate it does not need a external breakout box! Because the MPU-401 port has to be on the card for the WB to work!
So if it does not come with a cable, it would be trivial to make a adapter cable.

Then I'm safe...yeeaha! can't wait for it to arrive...so I have sweet CM32L sounds when I use my old 386 box too

But I've studied it in school too, and Dutch and German are similar so my German is, well, ausreichend.

Can confirm that the card works 100% with my Roland CM32L
Feels like it's the first time in my life I don't have to spend a bag of money for a vintage sound card

Hope you've got an ISA socket to plug it into. N.B. not PCI !!! Most PCs don't have 'em any more! SysExJohn.
