Anyone played it yet?

Created and directed by Bill Tiller who also did the Dig, the Curse of Monkey Island and Indiana Jones.

I bought it after having played the demo. It's nice : good graphics, good ambient music... The story itself is so-so, many puzzles are Lucas-ish. But the gameplay is boring, sometimes : you often have to go from one place to another on the extreme opposite "sides" of the map... But the whole is good enough to let me forget about the problems.

Hey, Alison!  Long time no post! Smiley

Maybe I should look for this game?

Hello, Marten.  Happy New Year to you!

I've looked for the game locally and haven't been able to find it.  Guess I'll have to buy it online.

I miss the old days of being able to walk into Babbages and find any computer game I want.

I had been picking up some PC games from Gamestop, but they got rid of all the PC games and only sell game system games.  Sad
Which leaves my choices to Best Buy, Fryes Sad  or Walmart  Sad  Sad     , or order it online and wait.  Probably get a better deal that way.

I did spot an interesting game at Best Buy a couple of days ago.

Does anyone remember that old Dos game called the Last Half of Darkness?  I remember picking it up at Babbages and suffering through many glitches only to discover it wouldn't uninstall.  You had to uninstall each individual line of code.  Took all day to get it off the computer  Smiley  They seem to be continuing on with the games.  Best Buy had Beyond the Spirit's Eye.

One of the adventure gaming sites gave it a good review.  They said it was like the old days of gaming when you had longer game playing times and more places to go to explore.

Maybe someone here has played it and can pass on a review?
