Almost working SCC-1A

Hi folks,

a few years ago, I bought an SCC1-A from ebay. It worked well, but after some windows installations it became silent.

I described the problem here:

Now I want to get rid of it. Maybe someone from here wants to give it a try. In that case please send me a pm.
The card will be shipped as seen.

EDIT:
The card comes with a DIN-to-Mini-DIN adaptor-cable for midi in and out.
