The only thing missing is the card  Cry

Short of that, everything in here - driver disks, manual... even the box is near-perfect!  Blast from the past...  I spent $300 on one of these.  Wink

Anyone really want/need it?

Amazing what people throw away.. where did you find this? (I'm not interested in it, by the way, more in the story. Wink )

By the way, Mr Moss, you ever invest in anything new? I know money is hard (goodness knows it is for everyone right now), but I was curious as to your current setup- I know we'd talked about you recording at some point.

Heh... money's not nearly as tight as it was when I had a money-burning wife.  Wink  It's finally time to get some new toys!

I volunteer at an buy n' sell store fixing computers for a little store credit.  I snag some good things along the way, like a brand-spanking new M-Audio Axiom61 MIDI controller for 1/3 of retail price, a classic MT-32 (a little scratched up) and a really dandy computer setup.  Smiley  Snagged a real nice Ensoniq SQR sound module too.  Haven't played with many of them yet.   Cheesy
There's still a Roland PMA-5, Yamaha DX-7 module, FB-01 and Kawai K1-R in the shop...

I just need a good sequencer and I'll be off to the races again.  Time to stop playing games and get back to composing... maybe it'll take me out of the funk I'm in.

Almost forgot about the story!
There's lots of electronic recycling places around the city.  I'll admit to peeking in every once in a while, just to see if there's anything good.  I snagged myself a few really decent gadgets that way - some old, some modern.  I have a classic 1st-gen Pentium that'll make a dandy DOS box along with the joystick MIDI cable I found at Axe Music's discount bin.   Tongue  Between my 28MB AWE64 and 8MB GUS PnP, I'll have a fantastic tracker box.  Maybe I should snag that Guillimot ISIS soundcard for the best Impulse Tracker sound possible.  Wink

got pics of the plunder? Cheesy

I own a BNIB SB16 SCSI myself... it is the 1995 package version, the last ones before creative took them off the market... so it does have newer software than what is typically found from this card Smiley

got it for 35 bucks from ebay like 11 years ago

Is the wife not money-burning or do you not have her? Kinda openended statement there, Sir! Wink

Good to see you can spend a little, anyway.

Sounds fun. I did a bit of that between jobs back before I left Oz.

Pretty sweet steals there, too..

Yes you absolutely should! I've been recording QFG3 music lately and it's helped 100%.
