Looks like we'll have a new
Point & Click adventure game
this year from
Double Fine
(Tim Schafer & Ron Gilbert)!
It sounds pretty exciting!
They had a goal of $400,000 and made it in a couple hours! Currently they are up to over $1,050,000 (when I wrote this).

They made a million in less than 24 hours. That's a Kickstarter record! They did in less than 24 hours what the previous highest funded project on Kickstarted made in a week, I'm told. And they're still raising money!

That's amazing. Wonder how much they get after fees and taxes.

I know right?
Up to $1,908,319 now!!!
This is so exciting.
On another note I really hope they can get one or more of the great LucasArts composers from back in the day, Michael Land, Peter McConnell, or Clint Bajakian. Rumors pointing that Tim may already have Peter McConnell seeing as he's done Psychonauts and Brutal Legend for Double Fine already. I still would love a collaboration from the three of them!
