Haha. Hadn't seen that one before? Is it really a game or just a mock trailer? The whole homestarrunner.com website is very neat. I've had to put down the tea mug on more than one occasion to prevent an untimely keyboard replacement

2-bit speaker? Max requirements 286 CGA?
Good Graphics!?
I haven't laughed this hard for a while! Gosh, remember when all that stuff was state of the art? I think I was 4 years old at that time... Look how far we've progressed.
Lovely AGI parody!

It seems it *is* a real game! The full game is up at the site now. It's quite fun, too.

Man, this is a riot. The animation kind of reminds me of Police Quest 1. Big blocky legs, similar looking face and hair. Too funny.

I must have too much time on my hands because I've actually played through a bit of this game now. The map layout is very much like King's Quest 1. I say that because if you just keep walking in any particular direction you'll find yourself back where you started. (So the earth really is round, after all!?!)
The humour in it is really quite clever too.
Trogdor is pretty funny too, but it does get old rather fast.

Really neat! But I don't fully understand the purpose of that web-site.
Who are those guys behind "homestarrunner.com"? Are they famous in some way? Do people actually buy the stuff they have for sale at their site?

They're famous because they do Homestar Runner, which is very popular. ;3 They seem to do enough business to make it viable; I know that I've seen Homestar shirts and other merchandise around my city.

Oh yeah, Homestar Runner's a riot. Funny enough, I wore my Strong Bad t-shirt today. I haven't been on in awhile, but I always love me some Peasant's Quest. Also, if you want some more Sierra easter egg fun... http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail35.htmlThe coolest thing about this site is that they make enough money off of the merchandise and everything that they can afford to do nothing but work on the site. They don't have any other jobs or anything. It's really awesome that they're popular enough to do that and do it well with no ads other than their own on the whole site. Plus, they don't advertise anywhere else, so they're heard about completely through word of mouth. It's amazing.

Hey Kurdt, that was pretty good. I think my favourite one is this one though: http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail34.htmlYou are right, that is pretty amazing that the site can support them mainly by the merchandise. So they don't have jobs on the side? That would be a lot of fun, doing something you like and having a good time with it. I figured this was just their weekend hobby. I wish I could just work on upgrading and customizing cars all day... but my problem is I wouldn't want to let them go, so I wouldn't be making any money.
