SIERRA SOUNDTRACK COLLECTION CD

Does anybody have this 'Sierra-produced' CD?  I have all the music from it and would like to post the rest of it, but I need the proper track order, and any other info pertaining to the tracks.  I'd also appreciate a good quality scan (100% at 300 dpi) of the jewel case front, back, inside covers.
