Although we all enjoy working in a relaxed atmosphere, please remember that a professional workplace calls for professional behavior.  If you need to engage in bodily functions that will result in offensive odors or sounds for your fellow workers, please adjourn to the rest room or outdoors and refrain from indulging in the office.  Your professional behavior is appreciated no matter which shift you work or who else is in the building at the time.  There is no telling who could walk into our area or who is behind cubicle walls even when the area appears empty.  Let's try and maintain an enjoyable work environment for all of us.

What kind of workplace is this that allowed this to be posted?  I take it, it's a pratical joke.   Sounds pretty typical pre-teeniebopper-ish to me and it wouldn't be posted in my lab.

No, this was sent out in seriousness. Unfortunately, I don't work with the group it was sent to, and therefore am missing most of the story.

In my opinion, you are fortunate that you are nowhere near that group that is involved.  I wouldn't mind missing out on the smelly part of it.  :lol:

That is very odd that anyone would send out a broadcast e-mail like that.  I suppose if they don't know "whodunnit" it's all they could think of.  Depending on the maturity level of people (or that single person), it may just make them proud of themselves and want to do it more frequently.   :roll:

I'm just glad there's no one like that where I work.
