Shadowfax has been quite busy these past few days, and in addition to his recording of the LSL1VGA soundtrack using his Fantom XR, he has converted both the LSL5 and LSL6 soundtracks as well.

Both soundtracks are available on the LSL5 and LSL6 digital soundtrack pages.

Superb work, Shadowfax!

Listened to LSL6, since it's GM, and should sound nicer.

..Just finished listening- nice! Only like 2 or 3 tracks I didn't like so much. Very nice work, Shadowfax. I have a much better appreciation for the XR now. (Guess also that Tom had lower reverb for this score, and Shadowfax uses less reverb, so they seem less out of place..)

Get back to you on LSL5- though I should point out 'BassPizzMS' on the MT-32 and 'Acoustic Bass' in GM/GS/XR run on different octaves, as do various LSL5 instruments Smiley

P.S. If I can make one request, it'd be the 'Larry Be Bad' track exactly as you did it, but with louder drums. Smiley

This should probably go under the Support topic, but for the FantomXR version of LSL5, track 3 cannot be found for listening/download.

Also, was Track 8 intentionally not recorded?

Thanks!  I thoroughly enjoy these "new" versions of old classics!

Yes, because track 8 consists mainly in sound effects which are very hard to reproduce in any synth other than the MT-32, and it has virtually no music on it.

You're right. It must have gotten lost somewhere in the process of transferring the files to another server.

Shadowfax, can you resend it to me?
