Can anyone tell me the power draws of the Yamaha board, i.e. how many milliamps it requires on the +5V, +12V and -12V lines to function properly?  The manual may have this information.

The manual states a power-consumption of 2W.

This guy suggests 800mA for the +5v, whereas this guy says 400mA.

450mA-500mA is probably a reasonable total guesstimate.

I'd say that estimate is right on the nose. 2W at 5V is exactly 400mA and  the +5V makes up the bulk of the usage (+/-12V is only there for the opamps).
