NOTE: See the last post for the 11th October udpate.

Cheers,
- Alistair

(Original post follows)

Hey folks,

Since a major deal fell through, I have a ton of Sierra games I want to sell. The boxes are in great shape unless otherwise stated.

Alphabetical Sierra games for sale list, as at 7th August:

Note: regarding hintbooks: they're optional. You may or may not want them, if you do let me know and you'll get it for an appropriately larger $ amount. Smiley
NOTE: - You can also now buy hintbooks solo! Look at the bottom of this page, after the games. 18 different games available!
NOTE: - When people make an offer for games, or express a serious interest, I'll label the games as "ON HOLD". When payment is received, and item shipped, the item will be deleted from the list.
NEW! - The list has been majorly updated, and now my personal collection really good boxes are listed separately. If you want them, I'll sell them, but I'll want more for them.
I also sometimes have games I'm less willing to sell, but might anyway. If a game is one you MUST HAVE, email me and I might have it for sale.

Sealed:

- Betrayal at Krondor

- Mixed-Up Mother Goose Original- Apple IIe/IIc version

- Space Quest 4

- Ween: The Prophecy

Boxed or jewel cased (I ALWAYS say 'CD' if it's a jewel case, otherwise it's boxed, currently I only have 1 CD item) complete (ALL are in at least good condition, BTW):

- Codename: Iceman (mostly sealed, and so has all inserts in it, but it's never been opened, the plastic is just slightly open)

NEW! - Eco Quest 1 (good box with everything, including Eco News poster!!)

- Freddy Pharkas, Frontier Pharmacist (fair condition box, front cover of it is still pretty great, and has the inserts, the Health manual is included. 3.5" Floppy version for DOS/WINDOWS.) - ON HOLD

- Heart of China (Amiga, but with rare documentation, and disk game on CD)

- Inca 1 CD rare SierraOriginals release (box a little bit crumpled, but not badly)
- Island of Dr. Brain (CD in case only, but really rare CD version)

- King's Quest I SCI (Australian Sega ozisoft release)
- King's Quest II (Australian Sega ozisoft release)
- King's Quest III (Australian Sega ozisoft release)
- King's Quest V (good condition box)
- King's Quest V (fair condition box)
- King's Quest V (fair condition box)
NEW! - King's Quest VI (good condition red-coloured box, only floppies in box, will sell reduced)
- King's Quest Collector's Edition (in mint condition box!)

- Leisure Suit Larry 1 EGA with no box sleeve but contents (make me an offer on this one, will sell cheap)
- Leisure Suit Larry 1 VGA, Australian Sega Ozisoft release (with inserts)
- Leisure Suit Larry 3 (box slightly torn, but still nice)
- Leisure Suit Larry 3 (nice box, has most inserts, including postcard/Nontoonyt Tonite magazine)
- Leisure Suit Larry 5 EGA (rare!)
- Leisure Suit Larry 5, VGA

- Manhunter: New York (great condition, lots of inserts, maps in great nick, very rare) - ON HOLD

- Police Quest 1 VGA, good/fair box, few inserts - ON HOLD
- Police Quest 2, with everything
- Police Quest 2, missing some inserts I think, nice box though
- Police Quest 3, nice box
- Police Quest 4: Open Season (CD) (excellent box)

- Quest for Glory 1 EGA (Hero's Quest, but after the legal trouble, so it's the EGA renamed, not the VGA remake. Rare!)
- Quest for Glory 1 VGA
- Quest for Glory 3 (fair box, with one crumple- but pretty good)

- Red Baron (mostly sealed box!)
- Rise of the Dragon (2 copies, about equal excellent condition) - one is ON HOLD

- Sierra Value Pack 3 in 1 (Oil's Well, Thexder 2 and Stellar 7 disk versions, great condition! Very near perfect.)
- Space Quest I VGA (Kixx XL release, contains lots of Sierra demos on a CD)
- Space Quest IV (super box, all inserts in great nick!)
- Space Quest IV (super box)
- Space Quest IV (fair box, CD version)
- Space Quest Collector's Edition (NOT the "Space Quest Collection"! German version, but exactly the same as the English version, just with extra German versions of the game as well as English everything. Very rare, comes in box with so much cool stuff!)
- Stellar-Fire SEGA CD version

Personal Collection I might be willing to sell (in alphabetical order):

- Conquests of the Longbow (very near perfect box, all docs) <- 3.5" (VGA)
- Conquests of the Longbow (near perfect box, all docs) <- 5.25" (EGA)

- Sierra's Value Pack (Police Quest 2, Manhunter 2: SF, and Hoyle's Book of Games Volume 1)- all inserts in colour, not B/W releases, cool box, and VERY rare fall 1988 Sierra catalog with some cool box shots that never got released!

- Space Quest II (lovely box)
- Space Quest V

- Take-A-Break Pinball (Rare diskette version!)

Hintbooks (in alphabetical order):

King's Quest 6
King's Quest 7

Laura Bow 2
Leisure Suit Larry 5

Police Quest 3
Police Quest 4

Quest For Glory 3 (sealed)

Rise Of The Dragon

Space Quest 4

Regards, and thanks for the interest!

How much for the Amiga CD version of Heart of China? (I've been always an Amiga -and Commodore, in general- lover)

Para: I can't email you, as you didn't list your email when registering here.

Electrolyte: I quoted as $30 USD the other day to the guy which the deal fell through with. He was fine with that price. All the contents inside the bxo are untouched, as far as I know.

Shadowfax: It's not a '"CD-version", but rather comes with both the disks and the disks extracted to a CD-R. I quoted that one at $20 USD I think.

Sounds fine to me. I won't be able to pay for a couple of months though, I'm a student and I'm not actually at college till this September.

Not to hijack the thread here, but is a KQ7 hintbook actually needed?  I mean, the game is easy enough as it is...

Heh. Yeah, it's pretty easy. But also back in the day of no walkthru's, I can think of bits I wouldn't have solved without the guide.

Besides, it has special interviews and other cool bits.

It does, eh?  That's pretty cool.  As far as the difficulty goes, sometimes I was stumped as well, until I noticed the "highlighting object" detail.  Lol, when I got stuck, I would just go through a myriad of items until one of them became illuminated and BAM!  Puzzle solved.  I remember reading in the Kings Quest Collection notes that KQ7 was simplified to make it easier for a child to play.  When I first played it, I was nine, and I found it difficult but not impossible...  All it took was a simple message board reference at sierra.com.  Smiley

I'm very glad. Wink What I obviously meant was that you were satisfied with your purchase and such, so it wasn't like I sold you a game and I screwed you or anything. Kind of a testimonial Smiley
