New Uploads Member Access

As of today, Associate Members (those with less than 50 posts) now have access to the "New Uploads" forum.  This was previously restricted to full Members only.  I felt this was kind of limiting for those who don't have a lot to say, and they shouldn't be penalized for it.  It's the best source of finding what's newly posted on this site, so...

Thanks a lot for this Tom! As you say, some of us maybe don't participate much in the forums, but that doesn't mean we are not fans. I was wondering what was going on on QS since there were no updates or new soundtracks, but now I'm downloading Legacy and the Kanen Expedition, so I'm happy.
