So I was digging through some of my old PC things, and when searching for information on some of them, came across this messageboard. I had planned on unloading some of this stuff onto eBay, but I figured that I'd run it by this community first. Basically, it's some MIDI interfaces and wavetable upgrade cards. I also have a slew of wavetable-headered soundcards I am selling as well, just in case it is of any interest. Enough with the palaver though, here is what I have up:

QSonic Wavetable Upgrade Card

An interesting wavetable upgrade card, I never was really able to find all the specifics on it sans some postings on a now-defunct Japanese messageboard. It definitely works though, and I have never seen another one of these before. Uses the same main chip as the WaveImpact32, but from what I've seen the board is quite different.

Industry standard MIDI Interface card circa the early/mid nineties. Has MPU-401 compatibility. Comes with manual and its DB9 connector.

Roland MPU-IPC-T ISA Card

Card only, but as you all know, significantly rarer to come across than the breakout box alone.

Midiman MUART 2x2 Interface

Very similar to the MUART, but designed for Windows 3.1/95 compatibility.

Yamaha FB-01 sound module. Not much else to say besides it served my Sierra gaming well in the past.

Not that I don't appreciate the link to Wu-Ming, but I'd rather not spend more on shipping than what the card is worth itself

Not really. It's interesting in that it lacks an effects-processor; instead, the samples were recorded with added reverb. Very smart on Ensoniq's part, since effect controllers aren't part of the GM standard. The overall sound isn't spectacular though, by any means.

Very smart on Ensoniq's part, since effect controllers aren't part of the GM standard.

It's interesting to note that the instrumentation set itself doesn't actually conform to GM standard as well. In fact a number of games (Doom being a good example), will cause the board to sieze up and hang. I remember there being a huge crapstorm about it on usenet because of it.
