I felt like recording something other than what I was supposed to today so I did. And since I missed playing my guitar I decided to throw that in too. This was fun to make. A few mistakes here and there but for the most part I like the atmosphere.

And for all you people who are still using MP3s (tsk tsk tsk):

Very cool! I always like hearing Sierra tunes played with real instruments.

Tsk tsk?  iPods dont do OGG, so I'd have to convert it anyway, so I thank you for saving me the time.  Looking forward to hearing it ...

Thanks everybody. Smiley

Upon a second (or fifth or sixth) listen I see that it does drag on a bit before it gets to the "finale". Ah well. Just for fun anyway.

Great! A very nice version of a very nice tune. And the "live" guitars add a great feeling. That's one of the things I really miss, having no idea of playing the guitar Sad It's very hard to try to emulate a convincing guitar using a keyboard (not the sound itself, but the playing style).

Geez, I'm out of date big-time. Still haven't heard some QuestStudios releases Sad

Finally got around to listening to this one tonight. Superb, absolutely superb.

Just makes me wish you had an 8850, or something- I haven't heard those SC-55 timpani's in ages, they sound so bad. I remember why I got an 8850 now. Smiley

I did post it on SMC as well in the known adventure game remixes thread. Nobody ever said anything about it, though. Must hav fallen under the radar.

I know, I saw it there too- what I meant by "QuestStudios releases" was that I haven't got a chance to hear Tom's last 3 or so soundtrack CD's, let alone tracks like this.

Also, SMC was pretty dead then- try rementioning it on the new forum, you'll be mobbed Wink
