Just on this, I see this is the same seller I posted about on my forums who was selling a Legend of Kyrandia 1 soundtrack.
Since the scores are MIDI, it's extremely unlikely they're genuine. Which makes you assume this guy is selling phoney 'import' soundtracks which are just MT-32 original scores, or alternatively they're stupid enough to buy and try to resell from Japan/etc, MT-32 original scores.
I think it's the first one, definitely a 'bootlegger' (not really, but I don't know what the term for this really is).
Doing some 'research', I see SpaceQuest.Net's site has the SC-55 soundtrack and 36 tracks.
Last time I asked the guy some questions, and he said this:
Well, I dont know where the music is actually from, but its
quality is perfect-straight from the game.
Plus a track list (which didn't help with identifying LoK1).
So presumably that's all it is. I'll ask another question and see what the track list comes back as.
Heh, I see he's selling other 'bootlegs', including LoK1 again!
This guy really pisses me off.
