Today, we received 6 credit card offers in the mail from Chase Bank.  Nothing new -- we get credit offers from all over the county, every day.  But these offers from Chase Bank were hysterical.  Why?

They were all addressed to my wife's business, Heritage Shoppe.  But each of the offers included a different "employee" of Heritage Shoppe:

- Ken Allen
- Christopher Stevens
- Tim Clarke
- Rudy Helm

As usually, these are supposedly all "pre-screened" people that Chase is willing to offer credit to.  Obviously, the pre-screening is a joke, since these musicians don't live at my address, or work for Heritage Shoppe.

But we did get a good laugh from it.

Nah, Tom, give it up.  You've been discovered at last.  You just don't want to admit the dirty truth that you've been hoarding away talented Sierra musicians in your home for years, forcing them to toil away with their dextrous piano- or guitar-playing fingers making delicate, beautiful embroidery.  A diabolical plan, but I admit I'm jealous!

That's truly hilarious!  Grin

The only thing I don't quite understand is, what about Chris Braymen, Mark Seibert, Bob Siebenberg and William Goldstein? Don't they deserve some credit?  Wink
