Supaplex lets you select a combination of MT-32 for music and Sound Blaster for sampled sound effects.

But the digital samples sound like they were recorded from the MT-32. So you're better off selecting just Roland MT-32 for sound. Either I'm wrong or it is weird.

Not MT-32 sound effects cause MT-32 doesn't have them. These sound effects are from CM-32L/LAPC-I. So If you have MT-32 you have to use both MT-32 and Sound Blaster. And yes I hear they sound way better than Sound Blaster sound effects. Smiley By the way aren't they good enough for you? Smiley What would you expect from Sound Blaster effects?

Yes, they sound good!

Sorry, my MT-32 is packed away. What I'm listening to is actually a CM-500's output.
