Girl in the Tower Realm - A Tribute

The music of King's Quest II+ is amazing. Tom Lewandowski is a genius. I made a humble tribute to his work on KQ2+ by reworking one of my favourite themes from the game. At first I was just fiddling around with Reason and made the whole piece successfully. I then decided to take it a step further and this was the result. You may agree or disagree with the way I arranged it (I'm not sure I agree with it fully myself) but it's just an expression of my love towards the soundtrack and this is just the way it came out. Hope somebody out there enjoys it.

There's still some things I don't like about the mix. It's a little over-compressed at first glance. But it's after midnight now and I like it the way it is
. I also wanted to add some guitar in there but the mix was just way too crowded to fit it in anywhere (I have a problem with over-producing). I did add a nice acoustic guitar towards the end, though.

Cool, downloading and will check out.
Tom sure did a great job on the score.. Probably my favourite thing about the game, and I vastly enjoyed it.
Excited for him to update that webpage, QFG2VGA style (full tracks), someday.

Wow ... real nice, Brandon! I REALLY love what you've done with this, but that's what I would expect from you. And I'm really honored that you'd spend the time to arrange one of my pieces!
