So... I mentioned in my my pleasant discovery of old demos at SierraHelp.com that I became mildly obsessed with finding the old Christmas Card demos from Sierra. I sat down and started digging through old floppy disks and searching on my fileserver for where I might have misplaced a lot of things I used to treasure back in college. In the process, I did find a copy of the AGI christmas card, but none of the others. But in the course of my search, I also uncovered lots of other old things - and it occurred to me that a few of these might be of interest to people. I am not aware of a site that has such old Creative drivers. Creative certainly doesn't make it easy for owners of older hardware to find such things. - A set of generic-marked "16-bit audio card for Windows 95" driver floppy disks, containing Creative software
- Installation Disk, GH/96 P/N: 0402940000. Disk.ID is "Audio Software / EX16-95STD-2-US / Installation Disk" dated 7/5/1996
- Application Disk, GH/96 P/N: 0402940001. Disk.ID is "Audio Software / EX16-95APP-2-US (Revision 1) / Applications Disk" dated 9/3/1996
- Drivers Disk, GH/96: P/N 0402940003. Disk.ID is "Audio Software / EX16-95DRV-1-US (Revision 1) / Drivers Disk" dated 8/26/1996
- A set of official Sound Blaster (16) driver floppy disks.
- Sound Blaster Creative PnP Configuration Manager Disk, GH/96: P/N 0403672001. Disk.ID is "Configuration Manager Software / CTCM-STD-01-ENG (Revision 5) / Installation Disk" dated 11/26/1996 - I experienced a CRC error attempting to read the complete disk with RawWriteWin 0.7, but after repeated attempts was able to dump the disk without error.
- Sound Blaster Win 3.1/DOS Basic Installation Disk, GH/96 P/N: 0404380006. Disk.ID is "AWE64 Basic Disk for DOS/Windows 3.1 / SD64-31STD-1-US / Installation Disk" dated 1/15/1997
- Sound Blaster for Windows 95, GH/96 P/N:0404380013. Disk.ID is "Creative Audio Software / CAS-95DRV-1-US (Revision 9) / Drivers Disk" dated 1/9/1997
- A CD-ROM, Sound Blaster AWE 64 Gold. No part number. Disk.ID is "Sound Blaster AWE64 Gold / A64G-CDSTA-5-US" dated 12/30/1996. I'm pretty certain I still have the actual sound card, too.
- Sound Blaster Live! CD-ROMs:
- Installation CD - Drivers, CLI Part No. 1713331071. Disk.ID is "Sound Blaster Live! / SBLP-CDS1D-2-US" dated 10/21/1999
- Application CD, CLI Part No. 1713331033. Disk.ID is "3rd Party Software / 3PA-CDS2D-3-US" dated 9/8/1999
Edited 16-Feb-2011 - to update information on the bad disk (I had incorrectly tagged the wrong one)

I think the AWE64 Basic disk you had trouble with is the same thing as what's downloadable from creative still. If not, I have that downloaded version. I do have a drivers collection ISO that's on aleksej's website right now.... in the process of adding more stuff to it... let me know what should be added and I can do it... any original floppies should be imaged, not zipped in order to preserve its originality as much as possible

I'll take all of the floppy images you got except for the basic install disk, and the "creative audio software" disk if you don't mind Can you list the contents of the root directory of the AWE64 CD? Do you also have any other discs that came with the AWE64? Thanks! P.S. I found CT1730 install disks here: http://ftp://ftp.onsitenj.com/drivers/sound/creative/sb16pro/sb16pro.zipIt is a 3 disk set (there is no 4th disk). I never thought I'd see these again!

Whoops. In my summary above, I marked the wrong disk as having gone bad. My "basic" disk is good; the bad one is the PnP Configuration Manager disk. BUT... after hammering it with repeated read attempts, however, I made a dump without errors. I've edited my post above to indicate the status.
AWE64 GOLD CD file listing:

If any other discs came with the AWE64, they're long since gone.

Looks like I have the same AWE64 Gold ISO as the disc you have, so no need to do anything Thanks for the images, I noticed the generic "16-bit audio card" disks were missing. Can you please make images of those too? I have the AWE32 versions, but I'm pretty sure yours are the SB16 ones.

Greetings! Some of you may know me from Vogons. I have a few older Sound Blaster drivers which I have uploaded and helped by fellow members at Vogons to create mirrors for them too. You can find the drivers by following my signature link. (The link will go through Vogons website.) Some of the files are : Here is the folder list. (From XP's command prompt)

Yes, I found his ftp. And downloaded some ISOs from there too. (Thanks Aleksej!)

I'm still looking to add more disk images and files. TheMAN has included lots of BBS style files, in addition to 16-bit cards' disk images, from all over the net and is compiling his latest work. Have a look at my link, (via my signature link,) to see what files are available now. If anyone can add some more files which are not there, please do so.
Any file contributions are greatly appreciated.
Things we both looking for are all the ISA Sound Blaster Cards' drivers. TheMAN is collecting all 16-bit cards' ones, and I'm concentrating on collecting the 8-bit cards as well.
Most versions, are similar, and most drivers will cross work with similar class of cards. However, there still are few subtle differences amongst them, in terms of included software, driver revisions, etc.
I'm still looking for disk images which came with the Game Blaster cards.
And, though not related, I would also like to add the Adlib softwares/driver disk, which may have come with the original Adlib/Adlib Gold cards.
Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for the SB16 MCD install disks... somebody must have this.... I got everything but that now! If it actually had a separate CDROM driver install disk, then I want especially that, since the MCD had the sony/panasonic/mitsumi interfaces my ISO is practically ready for release... but if I can make that one last addition, that will be great!
