I really love the funny and funky music from Gobliiins, Gobliins and Goblins...But there are not many to find in the Internet. Is it possible to get them somehow?

All three goblins CDs used CD audio on the second track. You can copy them to your hard drive with a CD ripper such as AudioCatalyst, however sound effects, speech and music are all mix together.

Cool...I haven´t known this fact...the problem is - I only have the floppy disc versions but not the CD Roms...I think they wasn´t available in Germany So maybe someone from Quest Studios could transfer them to MP3 for download....

I have the disk versions of 2 and 3. 3 was my favourite and there's no way I can play the soundtrack without playing the game! I didn't know all 3 games were available on cd rom....I'll have to find them. Or maybe someone else can record them for us? There's no way that I can record the midis either from the games which lack an mpu-401 output driver.

Good news Weyoun, the Dominion lost the war! The Alpha Quadrant is safe! (Well, I suppose only #6 would be happy about that.) No, no, that's not it. I can rip them for you, but I need time after two weeks. I have midterms and projects up the wazoo. I can e-mail to you or someone willing to host. I'd rather not risk Bittorrent or opening up an FTP, lest I risk the wrath of Comcast sending me some letter about bandwidth. If you could provide song names, or info for ID3 tags, that'd be great. --Woody ( woodyc@berkeley.edu)

If I had somewhere to host them I would. I'd love to get a hold of them, too.

Hi Wodball, it would be great if You could rip the tunes. And it´s no need to hurry...the war is over and I´m waiting for my revenge...The Vorta will rule the universe...and the Goblin´s Sounds will be our hymn Regards

Hey everyone!
I've ripped the tracks on all three Goblins and started cutting them into individual songs. I notice that the disk music isn't the same as the CD version... oh well.
I still need webspace though. I'm going to get some space here at the University, but I'm not sure how fast they can activate it.
In the mean time, I'm ripping the music in OGG, and would still like some information on how to name the tracks!

Here's an idea. Alistair, why don't you host them on Sierra Music Central? Would be a great addition to the site.

Okay, here's what going down after being just about afk for the last few weeks.
I finally got the webspace at my school, so I can upload the OGGs. I get about 120 MB, which is better than nothing.
I haven't even started the cutting process yet.
Worse still, I still have no idea what to call each track.

EDIT: I have already ripped the tracks and cut out the voices.

Hi Woody, I don´t think anyone cares about the titles of the tracks. And thanks for your effort. Can´t wait to get the music Is the music from the CDs as funny as the tracks from the non CD version? Well see *g* Greetings Steffen

Just noticed this thread, my apologies for not replying sooner, can't read every one. At any rate, it'd be nice if I could host every Sierra music file but I have constrained bandwidth/webspace. That said, I would appreciate it if you could find a couple of the best ones, Wodball, and pass them on for me to upload. Your call of course. Regards, - Alistair

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone have managed to upload the Goblins soundtracks files yet!
I'm really interested in hearing them as I'm a huge fan of the series ...
Also I wonder if any of you know about Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth tracks! How can I get them?
I really hope that someone would reply to this thread or send me an email.

An older post ... but if I can help out... My own adlib music archive has the Gobliins 2 and Goblins Quest 3 Ad Lib music (from the disk version of the game) conveniently featured in its original format. It isn't standard MIDI, it's actually real Ad Lib data you can play via the AdPlug music player. It'll sound 100% just like when you hear the music during the game.

Hi there
Thanks! I didn't know they released CD versions of Gobliins 2 & Goblins 3?
Anyone remember the game Prophecy, also by Coktel Vision? That was a good game with some great music.

Does the Goblins 3 cd that you have have the same songs on CD Audio as the midi tracks from the disk versions? The cd rom I managed to find has competely different music! A bit of a let down as I was hoping it would be high quality versions of the midi tracks. Oh well. Just wondering anyway. I still am looking for the goblins 2 cd rom/soundtrack, though.
